We are based in Downtown Atlanta, Georgia (map), and all positions are located there unless specified otherwise. We are lucky to have Land of 1,000 Hills in the building and Starbucks next door along with many great places to eat. Senior Full Stack Software Engineer React/Node.js

Are you passionate about technology and customer success? Do you have at least 4+ years experience doing full stack? In this role, you will have the opportunity grow SpotSource and share in its success.

As a Software Engineer you will primarily work on our new multi-tenant SaaS solution helping large companies better search, manage, and report on their service partners. You will be ready to roll up your sleeves, help evolve Partner Management, and roll it out to more Fortune 500 companies while we integrate with existing corporate systems.

A strong candidate will have existing developer experience (4+ years or more), and is able to work with minimal supervision. You will be able to summarize customer feedback to improve the platform. You will also work closely with the rest of the team to make sure our data models cover all customer use cases, our security maintains best practices, and more. We believe in consistently learning to communicate and work through problems together. We are agile and also divide and conquer when it makes sense.

Must have at least one year of job experience using Node.js.

Our platform has many interesting technical challenges. Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Build powerful reporting tools

  • Extend SpotSource’s API for client integration requirements

Director of Engineering

Agency Spotter seeks an accomplished and recognized leader to serve as the Director of our Engineering Team. Have you grown a team from 5 to 10, 10 to 20? We would love to talk to you. We already have Fortune 500 enterprise customers like Nike, HP, and Unilever, and are looking for a leader who is can help us grow Enterprise SaaS.

In this role, you will have the opportunity grow Agency Spotter and share in its success. The ideal candidate will have overall responsibility to lead the planning, management, and growth of Agency Spotter’s technical team and products with a focus on the private Enterprise Partner Management platform.

We are transforming this space and want to be the Salesforce of Partner Services Management. To achieve this, we need to become the platform of record for managing these service providers, and, as part of this, integrate with much of the Enterprise ecosystem.

The core Partner Management Platform brings approved service providers to life and helps customers search, manage, and report on their professional service partners.

You will be ready to roll up your sleeves to help us scale, including handline areas such as managing and growing the technical team into double digits over next 12 – 18 months, owning product management, making high level technology decisions, securing certifications compliance for SOC 2 Type II among others, and overseeing customer technology assessments/scoping.

A strong candidate will have existing developer experience, a track record of making successful, scalable architecture and software decisions, and are excellent at inspiring and leading others.

Must have requirements:

  • 6+ years development experience
  • 3+ years of technology leadership
  • 3+ years of SaaS or related experience

Content Marketing Intern

Join the Agency Spotter team! We are looking for a content marketing intern to help assist our marketing team. This role will support our growing Startup by assisting with writing blogs and posting to social media. This will be a great internship for you, if you have strong writing skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm, research, and write articles for our blog
  • Develop email newsletter copy
  • Create effective and engaging graphics
  • Social media management

Education Qualification:

Required Minimum: A recent graduate or current Senior enrolled in a degree program, preferrably focused on advertising, marketing, public relations, or communications

Experience Qualification:

Prior internship experience preferred, especially those focusing on marketing, content creation, social media, and/or public relations

Required Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:  

  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with social media channels and audiences
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work

Customer Success Director

We are seeking an experienced candidate who can not only immediately jump into the role and serve our existing clients, but also help define, create, and scale our Customer Success strategy and team.

Do you thrive on building relationships? Are you skilled at finding ways to create value for mutual benefit? Have you served as a customer success or account management professional for Fortune 500 clients?

For the team at Agency Spotter, these are the questions that matter most.

As the Director of Customer Success, you will become an expert user, consultant, and trainer for our Enterprise SaaS product, SpotSource.com, helping organizations transform their service supplier management. You will own customer relationships including onboarding, training, and support in order to drive usage and adoption, relationship growth, and customer retention.

Your focus will also include strategic insight, research, and guidance in helping evolve the product and the customer success practices at Agency Spotter. As the roster of customers grows, you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in recruiting and leading new customer success talent.

Ideally, you will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles
  • 3+ years of people leadership
  • 2+ years in a SaaS business environment or experience in managing the marketing agency-client relationship from either agency or brand side
  • Proven success with Fortune 500 or similar global MNC customers
  • Comfort with some ambiguity in role and motivation to self-start key initiatives
  • Experience in pivoting quickly to meet customer needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside our customers (executive suite to management) and their users to guide and enhance the relationships
  • Lead the non-technical platform configuration and set-up of customer accounts based on specific customer needs
  • Serve as the product consultant for clients, helping them extract as much value as possible from our software
  • Identify unmet needs and opportunities for customer experience enhancements
  • Engage customers as early as possible to evaluate, uncover, and set expectations for product instance, performance, and level of service
  • Partner with our product and development teams and influence the roadmap by translating client asks, needs, and wants
  • Create and deliver high-caliber presentation materials and training tools to help drive adoption and success rates with our customers and their partners (also users)
  • Input and track activities in our CRM, support, and other documentation systems
  • Prepare quotes related to licensing additions and/or add-on services for existing customers
